DBP |
Feature
- DBP consists essentially of two endless steel belts.
- Multi-layer material sheets are fed continuously between the two belts.
- Material sheets are pressed between the two steel belts by the action of pressing devices installed on the back-side.
Material sheets are heated and/or cooled under a uniform high liquid pressure .
- The high pressure and temperature convert the multi-layer material sheets into one piece
composite sheet coming off continuously.
Advantage
- Economic advantages due to reduction of material, energy and personnel
- Reproducible high quality by even isobaric pressure and temperature
- Low production costs by high capacity
- Economic and environmentally friendly by continuous process
