Feature
The Berndorf Steel Belt Cooler conveys the product over cooling tanks where the underside of the belt is spray cooled with water which is collected and recirculated to a cooling tower or chiller. The spray nozzles are a solid overlapping pattern to assure uniform heat transfer. The spray cooling tanks can be divided into zones having different water temperature for profile cooling of sensitive products. The cooler is completed with various kinds of feed systems such as weir sheet feed, strip feed, drop feed and squeeze rolls and discharge systems of product breakers, cutters, and crushers.
Application
Chemical products: Various kinds of resins(Epoxy, Polyester, Phenolics, Petroleum), waxes and paraffin, hot melt adhesives, EMC, Powder paint, Sulphur, Anti-oxidant, Aluminum sulphate, M/A, Pitch, Rubber, Peg, and other 200kinds of chemical products. Food products : Caramel, Gum-base, Candy, Agar - Agar, Chocolate bars and etc.
